Over the summer my a/c went out when it was well above 100 degrees. I immediately contacted my home warranty company and they told me that they would have someone to my house within 48hrs. I told them that we live in Arizona and waiting up to 2 days was not suitable. They gave me the name and number of the a/c company whom I was to use. I called them up and the guy told me since it was Sunday he was not planning on coming to my house but would be there sometime on Monday. I was so furious that I called around trying to get someone out that day. I was referred by a friend of mine to call Joel at Sterling Air. I told Joel my issue and he said he would be over in 15 minutes. No joke, 15 minutes later Joel was at my house fixing my a/c. Thankfully it was a small issue and he had my a/c back up and running within 20 minutes from when he arrived. Sterling Air is definitely first class when it comes to customer service. I always recommend Sterling Air to anyone in need of a repair or check up on their a/c. Thank you Joel!

Joel replaced our old gas pack unit with a heat pump. He was referred to us by another contractor. He was professional, on time, listened to our needs, and made recommendations. Joel spent alot of time discussing our options - he was concerned that we got the right replacement unit that was within our budget. Joel took care of all the paperwork for the tax credit, warranty, and rebate. We were particularly impressed that he was the only contractor who offered to do a heat load calculation and we had several other bids. Thanks for everything, Joel. ·  Imagine our surprise to come home to find our air conditioning had gone out and it's 100 degrees outside. Joel of Sterling Air came out even though it was minutes before 5pm and took care of our family. We hear so much when people do things wrong - well, this is a craftsmen who did everything right! Thanks Sterling Air for keeping us cool at a hot time.

He saved me!!

I have called HVAC companies in the past and if I can get an appointment for service to fit my busy schedule I am so lucky. He was by far the easiest to work with my schedule and what I was told previously about my unit proved not to be the case so he saved me money too!!

Thank you Sterling Air what a refreshing company to work with! I will definitely be sending my friends and families links to you as they know when I refer someone they are going to have just the same service I did.

Honest and Reliable

I highly recommend Sterling Air Services for all a/c and heating needs. Joel is an honest, straightforward guy and is very easy to work with. I'm definitely calling him again!

   Our heater wasn't working for over 3 weeks, Joel came by on 1/27/09 (with very short notice), and spent over an hour finding out the problem. He also found another major problem with the heating system that is a costly repair but thanks to Joel's recommendations, we will contact the contractor since it's been less than 5 years. If he hadn't checked the attic and the unit, we would have ended up with over $1200 in repairs. Joel is very professional, and didn't rush through the job.
